At Fintravoria, S.L. we process the personal data of users of fintravoria.com with the utmost diligence, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Act 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

Purposes of processing
To manage the subscription to the weekly Eco bulletin, respond to enquiries sent through the contact section and produce aggregated readership statistics for the educational portal. We do not perform profiling with legal effects.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent provided through the subscription form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), as well as the legitimate interest of Fintravoria, S.L. in ensuring the secure operation of the portal.
Data retention
Subscription data will be kept while the user wishes to receive the bulletin and does not request unsubscription. Once consent is withdrawn, data will be blocked during legal periods and then deleted.
User rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Users may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). To exercise these rights, please write to redaccion@fintravoria.com.
Transfers and disclosures
We do not share data with third parties except where required by law. The bulletin delivery provider acts as a data processor under contract pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and is located within the European Union.
